Health and wellbeing of yourself and support workers is of paramount importance for us at Infinity Care. To ensure your safety and safety of our support workers we will request you the following:
No Smoking during service
All of our support workers are asked not to smoke in people’s homes. We also request that you do not smoke when a support worker is in your home and in support workers vehicles.
Pets
As the behavior of pets can be unpredictable, we ask you to make sure that any pets other than an assistive dog is restrained whilst the Support Worker is in your home. Our staff are instructed to leave a home if the pet is not restrained.
Chemicals in the home
Our staff may be exposed to chemicals every day due to their work, So we insist that they do not work with hazardous chemicals in your home. Support workers are not permitted to use bleach-containing products or any corrosive chemicals such as oven cleaners. Simple detergents and non-hazardous chemicals can be used by Support Workers. All cleaning products must have instructions for use on them.
Domestic Assistance Services
Infinity Care support workers provide domestic assistance services to assist you and enable you to live in a healthy environment. Our Support Workers can only assist you with light cleaning duties that doesn’t require specialised skills. If you would like more detailed cleaning, please contact us and we can make alternate arrangements or refer you to specialised cleaning services.
