Payments

Please refer to your signed Services Agreement.

Please note, our Carers do not have the responsibility of accepting payments.

Public Holidays

Your services will proceed as normal on public holidays. Please note that staff penalty rates will apply.
Please inform us within 72-hours’ if you want to cancel any public holiday services.

After-Hours – Our after-hours service is only for emergency purposes. All concerns, queries and requests that are not emergency in nature will incur after hours’ charges.

Schedule Changes and Service Cancellations

We understand that there may be occasions where you will need to make changes to the times of your services, such as holidays and doctors’ appointments. Your Support Worker will have a busy schedule, so we request that you let us know of these changes at least 48 hours in advance. Any service changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled time of service may incur fee according to our cancellation policy.

Should you need to cancel a service, for any reason, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible.

Please refer to your signed Service Agreement for cancellation notice requirements in order to avoid fees.

Please note that all changes and cancellations made after-hours will incur cancellation charges regardless of notice.

To avoid after hours charges, please contact us during business hours.

On rare occasions Infinity Care may need to reschedule you service due to unforsceen circumstances, if this happens we will inform you as soon as possible and will endeavour to arrange an alternative time for your service.
